CBT Trainings, Workshops, Speaking Engagements & Clinical Consultations

Training, Workshops and Presentations

My workshops are a fun and engaging way to learn more about CBT in clinical practice. The basic CBT workshop briefly reviews the history of the therapy, and the federally-funded research that defines the practice.  From there, you will learn the skills you need to make the work of CBT both fun and relevant.  Through our work together, I will help you understand the relevance of the research in our approach, the case formulation approach, and you will leave with tools and strategies that can immediately be put in practice.

Please contact me to discuss pricing for your organization.

Clinical Consultations

Clinical Consultations are an opportunity to work one-on-one with me to become a strong and skilled CBT practitioner. Supporting clinicians both locally and across the country is a passion of mine, and for the past decade, I have served as a faculty member at the Beck Institute working with all levels of clinicians from new masters-level therapists to PhD psychologists and MD psychiatrists.

Clinical consultations can range in time from 30 to 60 minutes, and it is a tax deductible business expense.  If you would like for me to listen to and score a therapy tape, please add the necessary amount of time to the session.  In addition, please ensure you have written permission from your client to share the recording, and please contact me to discuss the HIPPA compliant means of recording sharing.

  • 30-Minute Appointment $150

  • 45-Minute Appointment $200

  • 60-Minute Appointment $230

Individual & Parent CBT Sessions

Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Individual CBT seeks to teach children, adolescents, and young adults that struggle with mood disorders to become their own therapist through evidence-based, problem-focused interventions. This primarily involves in-office sessions, but can also include school observations, meetings, and on-site exposure therapy.  Aside from the initial session, most weekly appointments are 45 minutes.

* Please note that while I do not work personally with insurance companies, I will provide a monthly receipt with all of the information necessary for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

Parent Consultations

Parent consultations are an opportunity to meet intermittently to discuss on-going parenting challenges at home and learn research-based techniques for intervention. Consultations are available through in-person meetings or video conference calls. The initial appointment takes place in-person and lasts one hour while subsequent appointments can range from 30 to 60 minutes.
