As a Washingtonian Top Therapist in 4 areas, I am always researching new techniques to share with colleagues, and to better serve those in need of cognitive behavioral therapy.

I have been very fortunate to have been interviewed in different publications, including local television, and have accreditation through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy as a certified diplomat.
